Field Service Engineer

Location: Home office in Central England
Position Summary
Wyatt Technology seeks to add a key member to its Customer Support team in the UK. You will be interacting daily with Wyatt offices and customers via email, phone, or in person; performing installations, training, onsite repairs, IQOQs, reviewing installation requirements, coordinating delivery of instruments to customer sites; and - when time allows - making visits to regional customers to ensure they are completely satisfied with their Wyatt instruments.
Requirements and Qualifications
We're looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong familiarity with basic lab techniques, instrumentation, and software. Comprehensive training will be provided. This role would suit an experienced HPLC field service engineer or a laboratory analyst looking to change roles.
