Field Application Scientist
Location: Home office in Ireland
Wyatt Technology seeks to add a key member to its Customer Support team in Ireland. You will be interacting daily with Wyatt offices and customers via email, phone, or in person; performing installations, training, preventative maintenance, and IQOQs; reviewing installation requirements; coordinating delivery of instruments to customer sites; and - when time allows - making visits to regional customers to ensure they are completely satisfied with their Wyatt instruments.
The majority of customers will be situated in Ireland but occasional travel to parts of the UK will be required.
Requirements and Qualifications
We're looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong familiarity with basic lab techniques, instrumentation, and software. Comprehensive training will be provided. This role would suit an experienced HPLC field service engineer or a laboratory analyst looking to change roles.
