Customer Service Specialist I
Wyatt Technology is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Service and Support team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of a team that guarantees our customers’ experiences are exceptional.
Key responsibilities include:
• Manage our support center and store new user approval process and help with any registration or ordering questions.
• Be the first point of contact for customers requesting service via phone or email, answering questions, and working with a dedicated support team on technical inquiries.
• Coordinate the return of customer instruments for service, creating RMA documentation and updating customers on progress and repair estimates.
• Maintain instrument and customer records in our CRM system.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
